HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Sending the order to you - If you place an order to go directly to you, it will be packaged and decoratively wrapped with confetti and tissue paper and sealed in a mailer box to fit through the postbox, or a hardback mailer depending on what you are ordering, from time to time, I may also place orders into a poly-mailer bag for extra protection. This could be due to the weather to avoid damage to your item.

Sending the order to a recipient - If you place an order where the item is going to the recipient, if it's a card, it will be placed in the envelope and sealed as is, otherwise if you ordering anything else, that too will be gift wrapped with confetti and tissue paper and sealed in a mailer box to fit through the postbox, or a hardback mailer depending on what you are ordering.

IF I PLACE AN ORDER TODAY, WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

I aim to process orders within 24 - 72 hours of receiving them, I'm usually pretty speedy as I like my buyers to have the best experience and super speedy delivery where possible, however, I have a full-time job and 2 kids so the evening times are currently when I make all the orders.  I use Royal Mail Click and Go which allows me to pay for all my postage online and post all my orders in the postbox at the end of each evening across the road (I'm super lucky haha) ready to be collected at 9am mon-fri. 

UK SHIPPING

I use Royal Mail Click and go and offer second class signed for on all items to help minimise lost, stolen or damaged items. I'm more than happy to offer an additional means of shipping, but this may cost more/lost and will need to be discussed first via my contact me page.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control of these charges and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.

Returns Policy​

I pride myself on offering a high level of customer service, it's not just an order I chuck in an envelope and send to you. I like to provide an experience. I carefully produce your items to the highest quality and describe my products in as much detail as possible to avoid any disappointment when they arrive.

​Most of my items are custom made or have personalisation, so sadly refunds cannot be made on most products, unless there has been an issue on my behalf.
